A person will match the purchase and send a replacement. This avoids exposing purchase details to anyone who only knows your email address. A replacement does not extend the original term.
Cancelling stops all future payments. You keep what you have already paid for until the end of the term you paid for. There is nothing to argue about and no retention offer waiting for you.
Within 30 days you get every penny back, for any reason. You do not have to prove you used it. You do not have to send screenshots. We will not offer you something else instead of your money.
