Restore Midlife is a printable 12-week weight-loss plan written for women 40 and over, sold by 8 O'Clock LLC.

What it costs, in full

• One month: $30 today, then $60 every month until you cancel.
• Three months: $62 today, then $124 every three months until you cancel.
• Six months: $72 today, then $144 every six months until you cancel.

There are no other charges, no setup fee, and nothing is mailed to you, so there is no shipping cost. The plan is delivered online and every page is printable.

Duration. The plan itself is twelve weeks long. Your subscription continues past those twelve weeks until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from your account page or by replying to any email we send you.

Refunds

Within 30 days you can have a full refund for any reason. You do not have to prove you used it, send screenshots, or give a reason. Submit the short request on your account page, or email restoremidlife@8oclock.co. Refunds are processed within five business days and you get an email confirming it.

What this is, and what it is not

Restore Midlife is an educational publication. It is not medical care, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and using it does not create a doctor-patient relationship or any other professional relationship with anyone.

Nothing here is nutrition counselling, dietetics practice, or medical nutrition therapy. We publish recipes, general nutrition principles addressed to all readers, and a planner you use yourself. We do not assess your individual nutritional needs and we do not issue you an individual calorie or macronutrient target.

Talk to your own doctor before changing how you eat, how you move, or how you manage a health condition, and keep any treatment you have been prescribed. If something new or worrying starts, that is a reason to see a clinician rather than to read more of this.

Results

We do not promise a result, a timeframe, or an amount. What any individual experiences depends on far more than a program, and anyone telling you otherwise about weight loss is guessing or selling.

Weight-Loss Consumer Bill of Rights

• Rapid weight loss may cause health problems. Rapid weight loss is weight loss of more than one and a half to two pounds per week, or weight loss of more than one percent of body weight per week after the second week of participation.
• Consult your doctor before starting any weight-loss program.
• Only permanent lifestyle changes, such as making healthful food choices and increasing physical activity, promote long-term weight loss.
• Ask questions about the program, including how long it lasts, what it costs in total, and what the qualifications are of anyone advising you.
• You have the right to know what this program includes before you pay, and to a written statement of its full cost and duration. Both are set out above.

Your access

Your access link is personal to you. Please do not share or resell the material. If your link stops working during the 12-month access term, ask us for a replacement. A replacement link does not extend the original term.

Changes to these terms

If we change them, the change applies going forward only. Whatever you agreed to when you paid is what governs your purchase, and we keep a record of which version that was.
